Received three calls from this company within a 24-hour period - all of them "hang ups" within a second or two of me answering, and all from different mobile numbers 0466 659 480, 0434 262 839, 0434 586 335). When you call back, you hear a "beep" and then a receptionist talks to you and addresses you by name before handing you off to a manager to talk to you supposedly about a free advice session to rework your super to get better outcomes from it.
They do seem like a legitimate company ( https://superadviceaustralia.com.au/ ) however cold calling and hanging up is not a legitimate practice as far as I'm concerned, so it rings many alarm bells for me - as it clearly also has for other people:

Lastly, I find it rather ironic that the current alert message at the top of their home page reads:
"Been impacted by COVID-19 and wish to access your super? Do so via your MyGov account. If you have been contacted by a company offering to do it for you, it may be a scam. The process is simple and you don’t need to pay a third party to do it for you. Speak to our licensed financial advisors before doing anything."
Perhaps we should all take their advice to only deal with our super via our MyGov account and be wary of any "company offering to do it for you" - including this one.
