Health Comparison - wont stop calling. I keep blocking numbers, so they call on a different number.

I received a Missed Call from this number 0431 635 945 on 13/6/2022, no message left so don't know who caller was, but presume was Health Insurance Comparison.
Did not return call but have blocked number now.

Got a SMS from this number pretending to be Commbank with a scam URL to click. Scammer do not click

Answered and said hello, it was just quiet and they hung up.

I answered as a business and the caller hung up

Missed the call. I don't have voicemail on my mobile. Caller didn't follow-up with an SMS or a call to my home number, so it can't have been too important.
