Claiming to be Benjamin Gates from police and doesn't answer return call

Same thing happened to me. The guy on the other end of the line said he was from the police and when I tried calling back (numerous times) the line was busy every time.

Someone from this number rang me and the guy claimed to be from the police, although the line was bad so I didn't catch which area or station. I've tried calling back a handful of times and line is always busy.
