I have been receiving many of these type of SMS scam messages on my mobile phone lately. They are annoying scam messages that I ignore. Is there a way to stop them?

unknown caller SMS requesting I take action or there will be a cancellation. Then a strange link is supplied. I suspect it is a scam or hoax.
