Called out the blue and then when I said I was happy with my health policy and at work so couldn't talk - he said it was pointless saying I was work and hung up. Disgusting manners and appalling customer service. Rang back to complain and the line goes dead. There is no need to treat anyone like that. Go out of business and never contact me again.

Very annoying. I applied for a job through recruitment agency, but the whole process seemed suss. I think they stole my data. Have been receiving calls from Smart Switch weekly ever since.

It’s a legitimate service. They are a feeder company for iselect. Annoying but effective way to reach a large number of people for comparison purposes.

I called back number 0431 023 498 reached iVR for Smart Switch Health.

Same, and when it was time for online training via Zoom, they ghosted me!!!!!

Unknown number 0466 165 919 called me so I didn't answer. I returned the call via a never answered landline and got the Smart Switch Health answering message. I'm disappointed that my personal number has been accessed in this way. If it was the only one I'd let it go, but I get them regularly, so I'm starting to add my two bobs worth here. It may not be illegal but it's very intrusive and time wasting.

Different numbers over a few months. States number is on DO NOT CALL list…calls from another number. Blocked. Blocked…..you can hear others in the background. I’d call the police if I knew they were operating in a LOCKDOWN call centre.

I spoke to the loveliest lady yesterday. She was polite the whole time, answered all my questions and queries and when she couldn’t answer the question, instead of feeding me rubbish, she put me on hold to go and ask her supervisor. I ended up saving quite a bit of money with even better benefits. Thank you Smart Switch and iSelect.

Message told me I had missed a call from this number. No missed calls. Number now blocked. As I use my mobile mainly for family and friends, I don't know how these spammers have got the number. This is the third different spammer in three days.

They have been calling daily for about 4 weeks now. Three times I told the operator that I was already happy with my insurance. He ignored it and continued to tell me there were better options on the market. In the end I let it rip.

This is disgusting. I had a young lady call couple of months every day, very ruse speaking and i tell her i dont know anything about the cover, only my hubby does. and tortured for a month and stoped.
Today i had a lady call , i was at work and told her, we already had calls and not interested. she was so bossy and rude saying's you want to spend more money 'and i tell her i am work to put the phone down, she says' so you don't have a time to talk today".
Please someone complain to police :(

I received several calls over a week from different phone numbers all associated with Smart Switch Health. I called back to request them to take me off their call register and I got a guy called 'Dan' and he was the most obnoxious, rude and unprofessional person I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. He kept insisting that he explain to me how call registers work and I continuously asked him that I didn't want an explanation and just to take me off the list. He kept raising his voice higher than mine and speaking over the top of me, so when I did the same thing he claimed I was being abusive and that he would have to end the call - without confirming to take me off the call list. I had to call 3 times and eventually had to ask to be transferred to the supervisor just to get myself removed from the list. Absolutely ridiculous.

scam guys, a call centre thats pretending to be a legitamat call centre that feeds for iselect.
They are in breach of the spam act, and the do not call act at the moment, no call centre thats legitamat will breach the above acts. The acts indicate, correct time for call, and definition of a scam.
