The viewing is being held on the 08/02/15 at 11:00am. There is a bit of interest three other familys will also be there. If you choose so and you can pay the bond/rent to me before 3:00pm to secure it. Ill sort something out with my brother for you to meet him on his way to work at 5:00pm today or a day that suits you. If you dont like it ( im 100% sure you will ) but if you dont ill provide a full refund without any hassel. Full address will be sent at 6:00am the day of the viewing. Ill message every one after the viewing to give them an answer.

Ditto. Wanted $2000 deposit before viewing or signing lease. We put an ad on Gumtree as we were desperate for a house to rent. Said he had a beautiful place in Bathurst St Hobart. Even offered to drop the rent and halve the deposit. Sounded too good to be true and it was. When we wanted a name and details the SMS' just stopped.
