Text message said halt on my parcel ! Pretty sure it’s a scam

Text saying the $4,950,000 in compensation you are deserved is currently being prepared by Minister for Police and Corrective Services and Minister for Fire and Emergency Services, the Honourable Mark Ryan MP and the Office of the Premier and will be available as soon as possible. The office of the Premier also wishes to ask if a Police career is still desired and a role best suiting your abilities will be catered to if so. … Wow! This one almost seems legit! It’s like someone messaged/texted the wrong number! Lucky someone huh. I’d take the money and retire dude!

I got an SMS from this number saying that my parcel has been cancelled and if I want to line it up again I should click the link attached in the text. I clicked the link and it navigated me to a new payment page stating the amount of 4 AED. I checked the tracking number reflected on my so called "cancelled parcel" and of course it didn't match to any of my pending parcels. So yeah, it's a bait. Don't fall for it.

Received a message stating my parcel was on hold due to an invalid address. Gave a hyperlink to click on which I didnt of course. No doubt scammers...see ya!

As above I had a text from this number with a so called security number and a link … text asked me to click on link and enter details… I deleted text obvious scam
