Rang back several times engaged.

I received a call from this number only seconds ago, when I answered they hung up.. rude so rude, given it was a mobile number I sent a message instead. Stating
I understand if it was accidental but at least say something!! When I tried to call back it went straight to voicemail to state message bank full... just know whatever you're selling? I'm not interested in talking to those who can't speak when the receiver answers!!
