The ATO will never call about a tax debt. I deal with the ATO everyday, they never call you. When you get a red letter in the mail, then you see a tax agent.

Saying it was a government agency saying that my tax file number has been used fraudulently and the number has been suspended and asked to push a number to be put through to the area regarding this. I hung up. 0426 446 212
