SCAM ALERT from tel no 0424 501 500 - they have called me twice today purporting to represent an Emergency Services Diary - asking me to advertise in their bogus publication. I remember local businesses being scammed this way a couple of years ago - similar M.O. I told him it's a scam and he hung up. Second time he called he came through as Private Number. I said 'Hello Again Scammer ' and he hung up - Do not part with your money.

Same story, said he was from some Police association publication,
Can I count on you later this year for some advertising... sure thing not..

Received call today from 'John Miller' from the Police Association wanting to know 'if they could count on me later in the year'. I asked if this was for advertising. He said yes and I said no thanks. The call lasted no more than 5 seconds. I have already had a call from these people months ago and knew what it was about.

Called today saying he was from the police association and was wanting to place an advert for my business in their police football magazine. Spoke very rushed and was trying to get me to agree to support them. Sounded convincing in the first minute. Scam.
