Missed the call - I called back and said message box was full

Scammers trying to get info on electricity account

Second day in a row I got a missed call from this number. When I ring back it goes to voicemail but sounds like the recording was made in someone’s pocket.

Hang up when picked up

Multiple calls over several days from this number.
Immediately disconnects when I answer.
On ring back message : "Unable to take your call. Message Box Full"
