Caller: Computer generated voice Advising me that my internet service was going to be disconnected due to an issue with the "rooter" (read router) and to contact the service department now by pressing 1 on my telephone keypad. Er... no.

Caller: Scam A very poor quality computer-generated voice telling me that my internet connection is malfunctioning and is about to be terminated, and that I should wait to speak to their technical dept. for reconnection.
