A guy called me from this number after hour and try to let me believe this is a phone call from ATO. He assume I live in Geelong VIC. I said no. He then ask where I am and how far away I am from Geelong. I said Bendigo. He has no Idea where it is. I assume caller is not from VIC.

I called back number 0423 703 025 reached voice mail for a company called Premium.

I had a phone call from this number tonight on my landline. I was on another call when the number rang. I returned the call on my mobile, as I have to pay for mobile calls I make on my landline. The number did not answer but I heard recorded music at the other end. I rang again and also heard recorded music. I have a silent number for my landline, but suspect a previous holder of my number in regional Victoria where I live, and it is near Geelong, was in a telephone directory in the past. Thanks Leo for letting me know the person claims to be from the ATO. That organisation does not make cold calls so I will hang up if I do answer the phone if this number rings again.
