Same number calls me , doesn’t leave a msg and won’t reply from a text when I asked who it is .

Caller: Telstra

Said they were telstra and some one else from overseas is trying to use my IP address.

Am receiving very aggressive txt messages from this number .. threatening me etc ...
Asking me not to call them ??
