Caller: Number has been hacked by international scammers Number disconnected when called back. Definitely do not take calls from this number

Caller ID displays number as 0422 515 242.Caller delay in answering. Initially only static then background chatter, varies depending on where the caller is. Caller persistent. Calling to offer to help with Government Solar Rebate. Number possibly based in Canberra ACT but could also be international. Caller has heavy accent and seems to stick to scripted message.
