I called back the number 0417 120 631 and reached vm that did mention the company name

Got 2 calls from this number at 5.30pm didn’t answer and when I called back it went straight to VM but no details which company this call is from. Blocked now.

It’s 100% a scam operating as Equity Finance. It used to be a male operator as mention on this thread but I’ve also received a call from the same number and it was a female.

Long story short: scam, don’t answer

that number called me and hanged up before I could answer it and I rang back and just went to voicemail

Answered the call and a guy said I registered for some charity event and didn’t make it so he’s just calling back, does that ring a bell. I said no it doesn’t, and made out like I was busy so he let me go and hung up. Don’t answer. Definitely spam.
