I have blocked the number - 2nd annoying time this has happened! Why should I have to text these effers back to stop being annoyed by them?

How do you block a "name" like PETBARN, instead of a number on an andriod phone?

I am a member and get regular advertising but it doesn't bother me. It does say at the bottom of each text to reply STOP if you don't want them

07/02/2020 - I have repeatedly asked Petbarn to stop sending unsolicited texts, even rung them, to no avail. Not sure why these texts still come through when we have blocked their number. Their aggressive, predatory behaviour must be bad for business. Why would any company want such bad publicity?!
