Caller: robocall 0416 484 514 Same old Chinese propaganda bs. Recorded message says 'chinese embassy' then after that only chinese talking. The scammers must have a very high opinion of themselves and think most people in Australia are chinese LOL! Phone number is hijacked. I called it and a recorded message said 'the mobile number you have called has incoming call restrictions'. Why do they bother LOL!
