This number is used to send text msg saying
SMSCaster.com: You have an unclaimed inheritance on your surname, kindly Contact this email rayli134 @ yandex.com for more details. R. Li

Text was about an inheritance and I had a link to click and email that was a Yandex account. Googled Yandex mail and discovered “Yandex is a Russian multinational technology company specializing in Internet-related services and products. It is Russia's biggest technology company.”

The claimed via text I had an unclaimed inheritance and that I needed to contact them urgently.
