when they called, the guy was rude, disrespectful and clearly I was not worth his time because not only did "lovaka" yawn down the phone, but when I asked "why are you aggrivating the situation" he replied with "why are you doing it" like some sarcastic parrot.

I called back the number 0413 847 043 and the guy on the other line did not mention the company name

I called back and a guy called Tony answered and said the number was used as a switchboard for multiple companies.
