Thank you. I did try that and gave them my email but they replied saying that my email address does not have my surname and that is why I replied with my work email. But I accidentally put it onto this site. Once I realized, it was too late. I'm just going to have to keep trying or change my number. Really appreciate your advice. Thank you:

The email they sent me: As per our contact page, we require the surname from the email address to match the record in question. If you could email us again from a clearly identifiable account, we'd be happy to process your request for you.

have a look at the contact us page ( just above) it does explain how to opt-out your details. They will not see this message you have left them
