Caller: 0412 963 646 Robocall in Chinese. They called my landline first which I didn't answer and then my mobile rang immediately after which I let go through to voice mail. Very badly recorded chinese woman speaking with music in the background. So I'm assuming some propaganda call since it was just a speech dump?
