Called saying i had recently applied for X in X month, which i thought was funny because I hadnt been in the country for that month. wante dme to participate in some matrix, offered 50 to participate. wanted to meet at my residential address at like 8pm ,I was like nah thanks, he was like is there any reason. I said yep two reasons
1, I said No, be happy and move on, dont need another reason, but because you insist.
2 If you wanna case my place I'd rather not be compicit in my own robbery thanks mate.

Missed call and when I called it back it said Optus advises this number has been disconnected

Called at about 8:30pm claiming to offer $50 to be a mystery shopper. bizarre phone call, hence most likely a scam call.

Some dude called saying I'm qualified to participate in a survey, and upon completion will be rewarded $50.

Mystery Shopper that I had recently applied? Maybe a few years ago
Anyway, said they had an assignment for me and wanted certain details (which I fudged), then wanted to send someone to my home for a 20min survey again concerning something called programme called 'Matrix & pay me $50. All they wanted was my honest opinion. And I mentioned to get more personal info too?? I wouldnt give my address & said I would meet them at a coffee shop, but the guy on phone, said that they prefer to meet at my home. I said I don't feel comfortable about that & what's wrong with a coffee shop? Same reply as above.
Anyway, said, thanks, but no thanks.
The guy was very polite & kept his cool, but the number was overseas.
So not sure if this was legit, but if anyone else has any further info about this number or experienced the Mystery Shopper job, please comment. Thanks
