Fake message about updating Optus postpaid payment details via a hyperlink
and statement DO NOT REPLY BY SMS

Same thing here. Scam message telling you to verify your previous recharge to avoid having your prepaid service suspended. Considering Optus never does this and that Optus messages always come from a number with the name OPTUS, very clear that this is fake. Also, you would think that the hyperlink would contain something to do with Optus if it was related to Optus but it doesn’t, which just makes it more clear that this is a scam.

I’ll received this unusual situation which doesn’t surprised me because stating that I’ll owe Optus a certain at around $12.67 just demand for my bank acc and fraud and scammed innocent people willing to betrayed the company matter and into tricking me when it wasn’t them because Optus wouldn’t posted something liked this kinda stuff and share there number it basically on automatically sms system and it just as dump the scammer has claim what they were

Very sure this is a scam. I received an optus.support hyperlink saying my postpaid account was overdue by $12.22. The link leads to a rather non-professional looking payment portal. Believe this to be fake as Optus would not make this an easy or quick process!
