100% Scam......

Delivery held up due to unpaid customs fees. Link leads to "UPS" site with a "tracking number". Copied tracking number (not going to click the link) and Googled UPS's actual tracking site and the "tracking number" could not be found.
High probability of scam.

Received unsolicited text saying: “<Your name>, Final notice: Submission is required before your eligibility is cancelled. Ask for your total and-transfer options.” This is followed by link. Do not click on link.
