Caller: I don't know - the number isn't in my contacts Unknown user sent an MMS (multimedia message). By clicking on the message to open the MMS you can inadvertently download malicious files. NEVER open MMS or click on links unless you know the person. Institutions - where you hold an account of any sort , will only get you to click a link if you generated a password reset. So if you didn't generate a password rest, don't click the link and report it to their fraud team to help prevent someone else falling for it. Keep safe everyone.
