So sick of these text messages, I get at least one a day and all from different numbers

I dont have any account but i recceived the following text this morning and i know these guys are trying to get details of me more just deleted the message .

I just received the same text message regarding my delivery being stopped and I haven't ordered anything either. This is a scam.... do not click on the link.
