One of our practitioners agreed and gave credit card details to Volunteer Workers Review for an advert costing $709.50 using an advert taken directly from our website while I was on annual leave. When I returned from leave there was another request for advertising addressed to the same practitioner from Safety In Industry similar advert $874.50!!!! Faxed back saying we were declining their offer and then had daily calls from Pam Crosby wanting to speak to our practitioner Cheree Waters, never put the calls through for obvious reasons until she finally said she would send him an e-mail. I check his e-mails and nothing has ever been sent! I think she got the message.Couldn't find either company on the internet until I stumbled across this page.

Same optus story. When I asked for his contact number and service number Jeff became defensive and told me I'd be given every thing at the end after I'd given my details. Be nice if optus shut them down. True part was I'd been with optus years with no free new mobile offer. Slack optus

Yet texts as a missed call as 0411 938 000. I do not appreciate scammers callings as not does anyone else. Government need to work hard to protect the innocent who are unaware and help prevent fraud. I know a scammer when I see/hear one. Although I am a business it's sad that I have to let it ring sometimes because I wonder who is on the other end of the call. But generally I know it's mostly spammers. Funny thing though that as soon as I started a business up (photography) I was swamped by calls from people claiming to be advertisers etc. bugger off, my phone is only for personal use and also so my potential clients not for scammers. After a lengthy investigation and a court ruling we can now reveal who was behind all bullying on Cheree was actually her X boyfriend from years ago. ALEX HUNTER. This number doesn't ring through to my phone but just goes straight to my message bank saying it didn't leave a message. It never actually rings though. I have a feeling I may have blocked the 1800 number as mentioned above so that's probably why it doesn't ring. Both blocked now. I run a photography business and have come to the point where I just don't answer the phone if I don't know the number anymore because of so much time wasting by scammers.

It's a spam number, if you return the call and you have extras credit for app purchases it automatically takes all your bonus credit. The only upside is it plays seedy elevator music...which made me smile :)

So glad I decided to google NEXXA after receiving a phone call from a guy name Edward 0435 695 486) claiming he was "calling to speak to" me "regarding a personal matter".
After reading the above comments, I'm pleased that I catch on to things pretty quick.
When 'Edward' called, he asked for my D.O.B, my reply was "if you're calling me in regards to a personal matter then you should already know my d.o.b so why don't you tell me what it is and we'll go from there. Obviously he didn't like that because his toned changed when he said "well I have to make sure I'm speaking to the right person so I will have to ask you some questions, is your old or current address ..........."?, I replied 'yea ok' before ending the call.
Shortly after I received a text message from 0435 695 486 saying "(my name), I attempted to all you about an important matter, please call Edward (his last name) at Nexxa on 1300 736 306 as soon as poddible".
No sorry Edward, I will not be calling you or anyone else from 'Nexxa

They phone and hang up without leaving a message. When I call this number back it is engaged.
I don't believe this is originating in Australia 03 Victorian numbers don't begin with 4, I believe it may be routed back to Australia from overseas.

Just had a call from this number, from a heavily accented chap claiming to be from the "accident compensation department", because they had heard someone had had a minor accident at this address. He hung up when I suggested that there is no accident compensation department in any Australian Government, Federal State or Local.... SCAM
