I spoke with several Lawyers and now I know as this is a civil case and there is a loophole thats why they are able to escape.Therefore, legal action have no Impact on them.

civil case long time. the best way is to go to any police station and get the fraud report form and fill it and return to the police station so that they can investigate. Raj is a Fraud women. whoever is the victim should go to police station and file in fraud report form so that police can investigate against her. Then automatically she will present herself. No use going to dept .of fair trading as she does not respond to them. The best way to save your time and money is to register a complaint in the fraud report form. it is available from any police station. Even if you are a student. Dont be scared - police will never question how you earned the money. this is the best way to get your money back

I am also a victim of her. She took $4000 from me. I borrowed that money from my friends, have no job and now she is not replying at all. Its been 1 and a half years now. I lodged a complaint against her in Fair Trading but she is not responding to them as well.
