Had a missed message on 0409 992 655 and 61409 992 655, rang back both and was advised that the number has been disconnected? Possibly a scam?

Had a call from 0409 992 655 trying to give away free tickets into the US lotto

showing on my phone display. it's unknown for me. I checked the number online realised it's a possible scam. Phew..ww.ww

Occasionally received calls from this number, but said nothing at all, and sounds like on mute.

Some one rang me on Friday the 21st October, I missed the call. This phone number left on my screen. I just like to find out who owns this mobile phone.

In the past 2 weeks I have been getting phone calls on my home phone from 0409 992 655 on the 29 October 2016 at 7.41pm I received a phone call from that number 0409 992 655 and this time I heard lots of voices in the background and whoever who was on the phone breathed heavely and hung up on me when I rang back it said not in service or disconnected, careful it may be a scam.

0409 992 655 rang me , I picked up the phone but did NOT say anything. There was 10 seconds of silence ...then the caller hung up. It is surveillance .
