Called twice in the past two days, hangs up before I can answer.

This is stalking. Getting unsolicited calls from this number. Where is my recourse at law?

Called up twice, got a miss call on this no. 0406 349 854 Called again straight after 3 ring then hang up, not sure about this no since there's so many scams out there nowadays. I'm blocking it.

Caller: some "mortgage" company

When these people call they ask for me by name. They claim they are from some mortgage company I've never heard of and want to discuss the mortgage on my house at <some postcode>. The first time they called I refused to discuss it with them and hung up. I then called my bank giving them the details the caller gave them and my bank had never heard of them. Since then they have called me various times of the year and tried again. They never get the postcode right. Hanging up on them doesn't deter them and they use various numbers but the callers are always Indian.

I've told them I don't have a mortgage nor do I live in the suburb they think I do but they still call me from time to time and they will continuously call me for several days over a week before giving up. Then a month or two later another one will call. Do not give them any details.

I called back number 0406 349 854 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.
