Called me and when I asked to be taken off the call list - told me he would call me every day.
I am NOT THE ONE to f*ck with on this. Scum of the earth spam pieces of sh*t.

Like everyone else. 0406 125 892 called . When I answered they said from some
finance company and hung up

This is an interesting one. I asked where they got my details from and they said RP Database, which is Corelogic. They were selling refinance and mortgage products. I called Corelogic and they told me they receive property ownership information from the government and could legal resell it although direct marketing was against their rules. I asked to be taken off the database and they said they couldn't, because it would just repopulate with the government data. They also said they don't have any contact information for me on file just my name and address.

Either way this is in gross violation of data privacy law, if anybody wants to give Aunty Tracey a call let me know.

Tried to tell me about their mortgage services after I asked a few questions about their business they hung up. Called from an overseas call centre. Scam call, do not answer, block number

Had 0406 125 892 try to call me just before, I ignored the call, when i tried to call back it said the number is disconnected.
Most people don't know there is a loophole in the "do not call" ie. if the number is randomly generated and they have not tried calling that number before, then their system will call it. I believe the loophole is that the number is randomly generated!

Anyway until the government changes legislation enforcing all PBX to swap Key's to substantiate where the can came from, and change liability of the call on to the company who leases the number ranges to the end user (else any/all leasee's between the number and the end user) only then will we remove Scam calls and overseas telemarketers actually most telemarketers.

I have had this one a number of times. Always calls Mr <firstname>. Each time I ask him to remove my number from his list. Each time he says I won't remove your number, and hangs up. Tried blocking, he changes number.

Asked for me by name regarding my mortgage, when I asked how they obtained my number they responded via the property-something-something.

I asked where she was calling from and she responded she is calling from the Financial Group.

Background noise was very loud and sounded like an Indian call center.

called me with a lot of background noise. couldn’t hear where he said he was from but before he hung up he said i love you. did some stalking apparently his name is james

Lots of background noise, asked if I remembered speaking to him about my mortgage and when I said no, hung up.

Was this one in which they said you could receive a gift voucher? and then went onto ask if your mortgage was still viable because of covid. I don't have one and they hang up before you finish replying. Incoming calls to that number is restricted.
