Working in property maintenance myself I got his flyer and I kept it, just to see how other guys advertised. The flyer didn’t seem professional in my opinion and it I could smell something was fishy, I got another flyer a few months later, nearly identical in description but different contact details and format. And it seems I was right. Somethings not right about this guys work going by the evidence.

This guy is the biggest scammer out there. He has no idea what he is doing and ripping older pensioners off. Don’t trust him. I really hope he is stopped or falls off a ladder as he putting people lives and properties in danger. An absolute criminal.
