Called up saying from Federal Police asking to speak to the manager, I stated he is not here at the moment, and the caller just replied saying he will call back tomorrow. What police call from a mobile and not leave a name or badge number....

It is a scam. and i a have put in a complaint to the police themselves. Now the are calling from different numbers, saying they are the police welfare association. Called from 0402 959 690, then again 1 minute later from 0402 967 747.

Police told me they was scammers

Called today and hung up. Called back again asked my wife for the manager. I got on the phone and they hung up again. They told my wife it was the federal police.

calling on 0467 777 811, 0427 501 601, (02) 8823 3033 and this number trying to get money. Exactly like Ell said. Saying they are police Association

has called me today 2 times on this number and yesterday on 0402 959 951, 0427 501 601 and 0467 777 811 all the same as Ell. Police association looking for sponsorship and money. No company would call from numerous numbers and quote a Facebook business as a company. Big scammers.

Called me on my personal mobile (not work) but I didn't answer, so it showed up as a voice mail; when I went to retrieve the VM it was just 1 full minute of silence. Definitely some kind of scammer

This number has called me and on other numbers. All connected that have already been done as a scammer. I won't pick up.

The guys is cold calling companies listed on facebook asking for sponsorship for the Police Assocation.
