Calls once or twice a fortnight, never anyone on the phone.

0402 123 160 has rang 4 times in 2 days as it rings my business number and looks like a mobile number I answered it the first time only to get a recorded message saying goodbye.I rang Telsra to inquire about the number and was told by them not to ring it back as a reverse number fee my apply as this has happened to past customers.It is disgusting that Optus does nothing about this as it is a number from them.

From an energy comparison company. Third time they've rung today, and first 2 times there was nothing on the other end so hung up. Number disconnected if you try to call back.

received call at 2.04pm Sat 24th 2016. The indian or type male was polite and advise they are comparing electricity prices that i have to find if i am the best available. As a telemarketer he was polite and after i advised him he called a number (mobile) on the do not call list he was unsure how to handle call and whether to continue. This will be company training or (lack of). I advised that he needs to tell his manger and ended call. To his credit he called back as he thought i said get your manager and he had called his pager over. This is the error and issue of the comp[any not the agent although there are at times poor communicating agents. I didn't get the company name. Number that called me was 0402 123 160.

Have received calls from this number several times. While I'm saying Hello, call disconnects. Tried calling the number back and get a message saying "Optus advised that number you are calling has been disconnected".

Had a call from this number today. Called the numer back but recorded message says no longer connected. Which is a good result until they get a new number.

I have received the same calls. The name given of owning this number in the comments is incorrect. They are an elderly couple who have been abused for these harrassing calls. Something needs to be done about this.

Ok, I have had the same issue. I read the comments and spoke to the elderly couple named as owning this number. Reverse Australia should remove their details as it is not them who are making the calls and do not own the number mentioned. Wise suggestion should be: Everyone make an official complaint to police and the ombudsman. Hopefully they can assist in stopping the calls, and stop the harrassment towards this elderly couple who will also be reporting this issue to police.

I have been getting phone calls all day from this number. When I answer there is just silence and the call then drops out. Very frustrating given that i am receiving these calls at my place of work. Now trying to block the number.

not sure someone claiming to be from iinet and that i had to pay bill because i went over data

Had this call 3 times last month, with the "goodbye". Got my phone bill today and I've been charged nearly $6000. Have attempted to sort out with my mobile provider but they insist I owe that money.

when you answer you get silence for about 5 seconds then Machine generated "Goodbye"

answer no one their then hangs up

Silence for a few seconds, then the sound of a recording starting, followed by a recording of a woman-middle aged, saying Good Bye.
Happens to be every week or two. mucho mucho annoying
