I called back the number 0401 420 884 but the call didn't go through

call was ignored, caller did not leave a message

Phoned twice - really annoying you answer they hang up ! Now BLOCKED !

I answered the call but heard a ringing sound, almost like I was ringing out. It wasn't the same as my actual outbound ringing tone, though, more like a tone you might hear when you're on a call and they transfer you to a different number. I waited about 15 seconds to see if a person would materialise, which they didn't, so I hung up.
