Can anyone describe this gentlemen? If its who I think it is, there will be one obvious feature...

So I'm the poor bugger that was well and truly conned by this poor excuse of a human being. He was my housemate (I use "mate" very loosely here!) And had the 'sob' story about how he was down on his luck. I tried to help another fellow human being get back on their feet and was well and truly screwed! Ive been done for close to $10k due to him using my business details to drum up work that he had no intention of ever doing. Last I heard he had approx 40 charges against him for fraud, theft etc etc. He is the lowest form of scum and hope he rots in hell. I feel so very sorry for thise of you who have come across this idiot. If anyone needs to speak with me I'm happy to discuss and pass you onto the relevant Police officers involved in the case. 0439 006 760. Cheers.

So I'm not the only one. I got do e by this guy ages ago and lost a few thousand to his scam of wanting half of job upfront. I heard from my neighbour he was out and about again. He was JBR Developments (which the ABN has just been renewed apparently), then Outside Improvements and Creations and now he's running under AJ Contracting. Not even jail is good enough this this guy for what I read here. He tries to intimidate people with his tattoos but they are all meaningless so (even though he claims he does), he has nothing to do with bikie clubs or serious crime underworld. He really needs a serious taking off the streets

I also got scammed by this 'AJ'. I paid him a deposit to undertake some work at my house and he took the money and ran.

He was claiming to be trading under JBR Developments but was wearing a different company shirt and also claimed to work for a large builder. I rang the other company and they told me all about 'AJ' and how they had been scammed by him and his dealings. I found out that he was using that companies contacts and name under false pretences and sadly i wasnt the first to contact that company. He has never worked for the large builder he claimed, it was the other company so he was using their success. I was also advised i was not the only one that had been scammed by deposits by this guy. It isnt just 'clients' either, his housemate was also scammed by believing he was this great guy and had all these qualifications to which he had none. The housemate was scammed out by a ute and tools and a heap of cash as well. He owes alot of people money and is constantly in and out of jail for theft and drug related offences.

Do not have any dealings with this guy at all and steer well clear!

JBR was the company he started with a housemate when he was sacked for trying to scam a company he was working for. He was never licenced or insured to take on the work he was quoting.

His business partner (housemate) wiped his hands of him and his scams after 'AJ' got him to spend a heap of money on his scams by buying a ute and tools then not actually doing the work.

That address is no longer his and the one at Mitchell Park was a fake. He gave out 2 addresses, one was a building site (that wasnt his) and the other was a girl he was trying to scam out of a ute. I have been doing alot of research on this guy with the help of a few people he has scammed.

Sadly he keeps moving around and takes sometime to track him down again

This thief is on the Service Seeking Website conning people. He is on the prowl around Edwardstown looking for ways to con people. Please report him to police!!
