Funny 'Matt' how if you write on Google, Andrew James Laundy, this comes up. So obviously there is more then one person that has been 'had' by your friend 'AJ'. He did scam his housemate, as I, along with many others, have spoken to him chasing my money back and all i could get was, 'Sorry mate, You aren't the only one'. Also doing my research, talking to other companies who 'AJ' tried using as a reference, they are either chasing money from 'AJ' or washed their hands of him completely.

Maybe have a chat with your friend 'AJ" and get him to maybe leave the state because SA doesn't want people like him, or maybe he can't because he is currently on bail and can't leave the state or on house arrest?

Please contact Consumer Business Affairs about this guy. They have now started a full investigation into this clown and his shonky dealings. The more people who report, more chance we have of getting a serious sentence to get him off the streets.

aj laundy.. he contracted to us on a few jobs. compulsive liar. tried collecting payment on incomplete jobs while swearing they were complete.
he completed them eventually once he realised he wasnt getting paid till he did but even then his quality of work was sh*t also.Tried his tricks on with us but didnt work. cant trick a trickster mate.

The address that has been put up on this is not his address at all. Constantly people are showing up and harassing the person that lives there. He is never there he puts the address down and he shouldn’t be.

Hi Bob, my partner and I have just got conned in reynella by andrew. Can you give me any details you have on him. We are down $5500 with our front yard looking like houseos thanks to him.
We have reported to consumer affairs but they can't do anything to help us but they are going to make sure he never gets a license or works again.
