This fella replied to an ad I had placed on gumtree asking me to confirm the sale price and reply only through email. He wanted PayPal details and said a collection agency would pick up the item post PayPal payment.
Asked him a few questions and cottoned on pretty quick he was full of BS.

Called himself Daniel and asked to confirm selling conditions of an item on Gumtree via email only. Interesting to see here that the same number has been used with different names.

Text message from “Tanya” asking me to text confirmation of my terms and conditions relating to the sale of an item i had listed on gumtree. Odd grammer and specified email reply only no phone calls. Smelt scammy

Dave Mason, was the name he told me anyway,, probably bogus, he was trying to buy from me on Gumtree. he gave me bogus bank details and bogus website which was a scam site. his email was: davmassnn @ gmail.com
