After a while Says hello and then hangs up = BLOCKED !

Call from “smart money solutions”. I hung up, wasn’t interested in whatever bs they were gonna say.

I answered and the woman said she was from some trading company, they have an opportunity for me and it related to them creating a Coronavirus vaccine. She had my first and last name and email address and said she will send the details to my email (which I do not plan to use, it seems like a scam). She did say where she always calling from but with her quite thick accent (Asian or Indian) I didn’t quite get everything she said. She then asked if I’d be likely to take up the offer if I liked what I read, and I said it would depend what it said. Truth is I don’t even think I’d trust opening the email. Lastly she said to remember a specific colour in reference to the call - very strange!

Called saying they have a wonderful job opportunity for me dealing with COVID 19 and asked for my email address to send through an "information package". Said I wasn't interested and hung up.

Answered phone they hung up after a few seconds.

They claimed to be from "SPG" and had a share buying recommendation. I asked who 'SPG' was and they claimed 'Sino Point Global' and that they got my mobile via Commsec. He got cranky when i questioned his bona fides which was a giveaway, so i quit the call and blocked the number. Spam.

Looks Dodgy.. Ping call. Guessing they just check if the bait is valid. Better be careful someones trying to scam u. (I Guess)

There was a long pause after I answered like they were robocalls. A woman asked to speak to [my husband’s name] but as it’s a unisex name I said “speaking” as I was already suspicious. Sure enough, she hung up directly.
