Yep. My tenant changed from AGL, which was an account in my name. I refused the "short" survey from their marketing arm, wh en the rep told me it would only take about 12 minutes. Guessing they were going to try to talk us into staying with them??? AnywayI have blocked their number. I hope that works. I will NEVER use them again.

Pulled my account from AGL and I too now get called between 4-6 times a day. No one on the line. My phones caller ID told me the number and when called, got a voice message saying the number belonged to AGL.

I am in exactly the same boat. Changed from AGL to Red and this number calls all the time. Funnily enough they did everything in their power not to talk to me when I wanted to discuss my mind-bogglingly enormous bill - now it seems they want to talk?

You guys shld consider yourselves lucky I get 4 calls an hr from this no. From 6 am til 10 pm. I normally don't answer and they don't leave a MSG. On the occasions I have answered I don't even let the caller speak. I told them to beep off and stop harassing me. Unfortunately the calls continue.

Yup, AGL customer relations, and yes I dropped them too, for ripping me off and for repeated acts of mind-boggling incompetence. I've tried blocking the number on my iphone, but I'm still getting "hang up messages" every time they try to call. Any other thoughts on how to make this stop?

Switched from AGL to momentum and now this number is calling me 4 times a day - they dont leave voice message so I wont be returning their calls

I received 6 phone calls yesterday. I answered the 1st call & they hung up. I immediately knew something was not right. I have IOS7 & blocked the number & l havent received another call.

This number has been calling me at least 6 times a day for the past 3 or 4 months, generally during work hours, so I can't answer, they never leave a voicemail either, so of course how am I to know who to call back?! I am SICK of this number calling me. But reading the below comments is interesting as I was with AGL and just in the past 2 weeks have changed companies, so maybe that is the answer there. Having an iPhone, I was never able to block numbers, however have just updated to new iOS 7, which has a number blocking option, so fingers crossed I can block this number and not be bombarded with calls. Hope this info helps others with this pesky number!

AGL Customer relations team. In our case they have been spamming us ever since we switched energy suppliers trying to stop us from switching.
