Called back and apparently number is not connected

I called back number (03) 9998 8862 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

Rings every few days - same number - very annoying

Constant calling, very annoying

Rude and aggressive Operator hang up on me when I questioned where she was calling from.
Tried to ring back to complain - number is disconnected

Electricity spam. Said 'NO' when I asked to be taken off their call list.

They hung up before I answered

energy company somehow bypassed the do not call list and you guys didn't block them either

left a message - the usual, can hear people in the background, no actual message, they can't tell the difference between my voicemail and me answering. suss
