disconnected number upon returning the call.

Tried to return call within 5 mins of missing (no VM left) and number is disconnected. Have received similar calls from (03) 8498 5589

Answered the phone call amd it got cut off in 3 seconds. Definetly a scam.

Did not pick up but was flagged by my phone was possible scam call.

Said they had an energy deal. I asked for number to be removed and she was very rude and hung up. Tried returning the call and it says it’s disconnected. Tired of companies using other numbers to mask their own. I returned a missed call last week only to find out this poor girls number was being used to mask these international pest callers 😡

Scam call from a 'Power Company'. Informed them I wasn't interested in sales calls. Tried telling me it wasn't a sales call, but would get me a better power price if I paid them...

Pretty sure Optus gives out your mobile number to all these scummy scam telemarketing companies. Never had the issue of scam artists randomly calling me when I was with Telstra but within a couple days of my plan with Optus, I've been getting calls like this on a daily basis. Just sad really.

It’s a spam number, do not answer.

The call was from someone with an Indian accent (saying his name was Peter) saying he was from "electricity compare company". When I asked how they got my number, he hung up. Probably a scam.

Called back on landline & got a message saying number disconnected.

Scam, block number

I answered the call and there didn't appear to be anyone on the other end, then they hung up.

Hung up as soon as I answered. Unable to call back. Blocked the number.
