Looked the number up and there are no comments. So I dialled the number and received the message that this "number is not in service". So deduce it was a scam caller.

Disregarded that my number is on Do not Call register. Caller followed a script about a government solar hot water scheme. He had my full name which is a bit of a worry. Told him to nick off and not bother me again or I would report the number.
