I called back number (03) 9975 0156 reached voice mail of company called RSPCA regarding a fundraising raffle.

SAME GUY RANG LAST YEAR STATING HE WAS FROM ST KILDA POLICE AND COLLECTING FOR BOYS HOME, SO i GAVE THE POLICE HIS NUMBER, THEY SAID THEY DO NOT RING AROUND AT ANY TIME FOR DONATIONS. SO THIS YEAR HE IS FROM THE RSPCA....DIDN'T GIVE HIM A CHANCE AND BLOCKED HIM ON MY PHONE...

Bogus Caller selling "RSPCA Raffle", while RSPCA has clearly stated on their official website that RSPCA is not using telemaketing.

Received call say he was from insight on behalf of the RSPCA, when I asked where my details were obtained he proceeded in spiel about RSPCA. Again I asked where my details we obtained and he became rude and prompted he would hang up.

RSPCA fund raiser is a profit making business

They are not exempt for DNC as they give a percentage of the funds to the RSPCA.
The rest is kept by them as per every other business wanting money.

Have had many missed calls from this number. I called back the 1st time & it's RSCPA fundraising.

Caller: Insight on behalf of RSPCA

I rang up the RSPCA anf checked if this was legitimate and the RSPCA said yes Insight was running a raffle on their behalf and apart from a small administration fee the rest of the proceeds go to the RSPCA.

My heavens, they're rabid! They never give up even though it's pretty obvious that I'm never going to answer the phone. (The number's blocked.) They couldn't care less what sort of seriously ill/elderly/stressed person, or animal, that they might be disturbing with their unceasing harassment. I wish them an eternity of torment.

This number's been blocked for a long time, but they've suddenly started trying to call again, day after day. Pitiless pests.
Please never answer calls from unknown numbers.
