Most likely solar panel sellers. They hang up and wait for you to call back to start pitching a sale. They will calm you repeatedly from several different numbers despite asking to remove your number from their listing. Better not to answer and block the number.

Addressed me with another name. I said they have the wrong number. She said if this number belongs to you, the call is for you. I questioned how that works because she didn’t even know my name. She hung up.

Caller stated they were from Visa/Mastercard. Foreign accent so I hung up immediately.
