Lady called our business phone asking for accounts said she was from CBUS in regards to our Super contribution. SCAM

I received an email looking like it was from cbus superfund, instructing me to call the (03) 9960 2514 number within 48 hours. I called legit CBUS and asked if they are assocaited with this new business who is "merging with cbus" and they said no. The email address looked like a cbus email but it is not a legitimate business email address and the phone number is a scam.

Bianca called on my personal mobile, saying she was from Industry Fund Services calling on behalf of CBUS. She left me a message, gave a reference number and asked that I call back. Her voice was very confident and professional. It still felt sus, so I decided to call back anyway to see what happened. The greeting message says that their sole purpose is to collect on unpaid super and after 45mins no one answered so I hung up. The legit website of Industry Fund Services do offer a super recovery service but are much bigger than just super recovery that the message said, so I highly doubt the call was legit. If a company owes super, you will get a notice in writing advising you of the outstanding contributions and if you ignore that, the ATO will reach out.

Left me a voice message asking me to call back, said they were from CBUS. Looked up the phone number and it is not the CBUS phone number. I have then received an email from Industry Fund Services Limited and it says to contact them on the same phone number and that they are from CBUS. The email has a reference number to give. I called the number and waited on hold for 9 minutes, the message kept saying thank you for holding and press 1 for a call back. I decided to hang up as I have a feeling this may be a scam call.

"Frank" called, said from CBUS but gave no detail. SCAM.
Why can't the Telcos trace these calls so these people can be exposed and ultimately stopped?

Think it was a scam. Called from CBUS about industry super for the company I work for, however my number is not associated with the CBUS account.

Billa (if that's his name) said he was calling on behalf of CBUS and was claiming there were no payments made between SEPT - DEC 2020.
Scam call. Be AWARE!!!

Caller: Said medicare

Left message to say I had been in close contact with Omnicom virus. Had link to fill out all my details to get new pcr test sent. Asked for 1.99 which they would refund after. I think it is a scam.
