This number is insurance line trying to sell isurance i wasnt interested but they still persist

I called back number (03) 9928 7254 reached IVR for a company called TAL Insurance.

constantly calling wont take no for a answer

It's insurance line . They have called me on several different numbers from vic and tassie . They have called every day atleast 2-3 times for the last month . I have told them when they have caught me off guard and answered , that i was not interested. They still call me .. earliest one out of two today being at 9:25 am

Are they legitimate?
