It's someone who wants to speak to our business owner. It must be spam.

I called back number (03) 9917 3398 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

No sound when I answered. Judging from the other reviews and the fact that I registered a new domain recently, I think it's a call to offer unsolicited web design services. Blocked.

Keeps hanging up when you answer, the same as 9028 5124.

Left a message to confirm the renewal of my Amazon Prime account (that doesn’t exist). Scammers.

I just got a call from this number. I called called back and heard it engaged. Then I came here and saw it others comments. I called the number back and it had this message:
"This number has been disconnected because of suspected fraudulent activity."
I found it strange that someone would have already got it reported and disconnected. I called it again and this time it's engaged again. Called a minute after and the the disconnected message again.
So my conclusion is that it is not disconnected. It's their own message so that you don't bother blocking them or reporting them. Please block it.

Calls then hangs up. It's happening about three times a day

Had a missed call from this number & I returned the call immediately.
Recorded message said “this number has been disconnected due to suspected or actual fraudulent activity “. Weird!
