I called back number (03) 9917 3102 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

They knew my name and then asked if I received a letter to advise that my electricity rates had been reduced. I replied with no. They then said ‘no worries’ and hung up. It was an Indian accent or similar

Probably a robot dialler as it never leaves a message when I don’t answer.

This number and a series around it call near daily. I block them all. They dont leave a message but can check the number or quick call back - they dont answer so I block.

Received a call from this number and the woman on the other side said she was from Power Deals and she was trying to sell me electricity things. She seems have my name with her and I asked how she got my information. She just replied she got it from 'Australian Data Base'. I requested her to give me the full name of the data base and she then hung up. It is very annoying.
